This is a picture of the tiger from DMC. I started to stitch in 2002 en 2003. Then it dissappaered in a box. I was restless the last couple of days, due to hubbies condition, and started to sort out stitching stuff. I'm just over halfway and I will try to do some stitching on it, so it will transform from UFO into WIP. First the left lightray of the Bothy Thread lighthouse though, before it transforms in a UFO!
The lavender card is for Connie. It's for a card exchange group. This months theme was 'stitchers choice'. So I took this freebie and stitched it for her. I wonder what she will stitch for me.
Then there is the first part of the summer SAL, ready just in time for the next part.
The cat of Margaret Sherry was another SAL, waiting to be finished. So I finally did. I think it will be nice to ake into a cover for my glasses.
The little red car was Natascha's theme for her RR. As I like the seaside very much, I chose a chart with boats.
The Halloween card is for Magda. She chose Halloween as a theme for her cards. Funny to stich it in warm weather. The picture doesn't do right to the card, I'm afraid.
Hubbies chemotherapy is in its second week now. he is doing rather well considering the circumstances. He has a kind of vacuumtube which provides chemo all the time. He will get 6 weeks of treatment and then he will have a CT scan to see if the tumor has shrunk. meanwhile we try to laugh as often as we can.

You have some lovely stitching here. That tiger piece will be stunning when it is finished. Heck it gorgeous already. Love the MS cat. Her cats are so cute.
Thank you so much for your commment on my blog. I am keeping your DH in my prayers that the chemo is working and that the tumor has shrunk.
Those are all excellently stitched pieces, Edith. Good luck with your UFO. You can do it!! :)
Thanks for your comments on my blog!
Love the Halloween card!
That tiger is fabulous!!!! It is always weird that every time I see a design you are working on it is one I would do, myself! We have similar design taste for sure.
My thoughts are with you and your dh - hoping for improvement.
I love your stitched pieces. And your "new" WIP, the tiger. He looks gorgeous already.
I will be thinking of your and your husband.
wow! Great stitching and finishes!
Hope all goes well with the chemo for your hubby. Take care!
Beautiful work - I did that lavendar card too, for my SIL's birthday. Forgot to photograph it first though :o(. Have also recently done a Margaret Sherry cat for a round robin - I love those designs! Your blog is lovely.
